Red Potatoes
An easy, cheesy, roasted vegetable for the holidays!

Ingredients
- 12 red potatoes quartered
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons Miceli's Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 teaspoons garlic grated
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon parsley leaves chopped
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475℉.
- Combine the potatoes, oil, parmesan, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper, and then add them to a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Let them bake for about 10 minutes, turn them over, and then let them bake for about 8 minutes.
Notes
Be sure to use nonstick foil! Tongs are a great way to turn the potatoes over.
