Red Potatoes
An easy, cheesy, roasted vegetable for the holidays!

Miceli's Parmesan Cheese

garlic

teaspoon
thyme leaves

teaspoon
parsley leaves

kosher salt

teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475℉.
Combine the potatoes, oil, parmesan, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper, and then add them to a foil-lined baking sheet.
Let them bake for about 10 minutes, turn them over, and then let them bake for about 8 minutes.
Notes
Be sure to use nonstick foil! Tongs are a great way to turn the potatoes over.
