Ricotta Board
This is definitely the next Butter Board, and we like it better!

Ingredients

Miceli's Ricotta Cheese

teaspoon
oil

clove
garlic
grated

slice
soppressata
torn

cup
celery leaves
¼
cup
sun-dried tomatoes

Kalamata olives
halved
Instructions
Combine the ricotta, oil, and garlic.
Add the mixture to the board, and then add the soppressata, celery, tomatoes, and olives.
Notes
Serve with bagel chips or your favorite crackers. Use a 30-ounce container of our ricotta and more toppings for larger gatherings!
