Keto Bacon Balls
We like to call them "bundles of bacon joy"!

Ingredients

bacon
chopped
1¼
cups
Miceli's Cheddar Cheese
shredded
5
ounces
cream cheese
4
tablespoons
butter
softened
⅛
teaspoon
pepper
⅛
teaspoon
red pepper flakes
Instructions
Add the bacon to a skillet over medium heat, let it cook for about 10 minutes, and then transfer it to a bowl.
Combine the cheddar, butter, pepper, flakes, and 2 teaspoons of the bacon grease, and then refrigerate the mixture for about 15 minutes.
Roll it into 10 balls, and then add the bacon.
Notes
Roll the cheese balls in the bacon, and make sure it's finely chopped for the heaviest coating!
