Dumplings

Ingredients

Miceli's Cheddar Cheese

Instructions
Combine the pork, cheddar, chives, garlic, and sauce.
Cut the wrappers into circles, and then divide the pork mixture between them.
Add the tablespoon of water to the edges, and then seal them.
Add 1 tablespoon of the oil to a skillet over medium-high heat, add 12 of the dumplings, and then let them cook for about 1 minute.
Add ⅓ cup of the remaining water, reduce the heat to medium, and then let them cook (covered) for about 6 minutes.
Repeat this process 2 more times.
Notes
We used a biscuit cutter to create the circles and our fingers to add water to the edges! About 1 teaspoon of filling fits into each one.
