Dill Cornbread
Add some herbs and cheddar for the best cornbread ever!

Miceli's Cheddar Cheese

dill leaves

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F, and grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with the shortening.
Combine the milk, eggs, and butter.
Combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, and salt, and then add the milk mixture, cheddar, and dill.
Let them sit for about 20 minutes, add the mixture to the dish, and then let it bake for about 30 minutes.
Notes
The butter can be melted in a pan over low heat or in the microwave using 30-second intervals. Cut the bread into approximately 12 pieces for serving!
