Cranberry Bites
Mini tartlets filled with seasonal flavors for a quick Thanksgiving dessert!

Ingredients

quick oats

butter
melted
½
tablespoon
flour
½
tablespoon
brown sugar

sheet
puff pastry
thawed

ounces
Miceli's Ricotta Cheese

cup
cranberry sauce
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F, and spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
Combine the oats, butter, flour, and sugar.
Add the pastry to a floured surface, roll it into a 10 x 15 inch rectangle, and then cut it into 24 squares.
Add them to the cups, divide the ricotta, sauce, and oat mixture between them, and then let them bake for about 15 minutes.
Notes
Press the pastry into the cups with your fingers or a spoon. 8 ounces of ricotta is about 1 cup or approximately half of our 15-ounce container!
