Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Lemon parmesan bread crumbs give these mushrooms a crunchy topping!

Ingredients

crab meat

cream cheese

divided

parsley leaves
chopped & divided

pepper

Miceli's Parmesan Cheese
grated

tablespoon
butter

button mushrooms
stems removed
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375℉.
Combine the crab, cream cheese, egg, zest, salt, ¼ cup of the bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of the parsley, and ⅛ teaspoon of the pepper.
Combine the parmesan, butter, remaining bread crumbs, remaining parsley, and remaining pepper.
Divide the crab and parmesan mixtures between the mushrooms, add them to a foil-lined baking sheet, and then let them bake for about 22 minutes.
Notes
Canned crab meat works just fine! Be sure to clean the mushrooms thoroughly and use nonstick foil.
