Cajun Chicken
Make this chicken for Mardi Gras followed by some King Cake!

Ingredients

red bell pepper

Cajun seasoning

boneless skinless chicken breasts

Miceli's Cheddar Cheese
shredded
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350℉.
Add the oil, onion, and peppers to a skillet over medium heat, let them cook for about 5 minutes, and then add the salt and pepper.
Add the seasoning to the chicken, cut a slit into each piece, and then add the cheddar and onion mixture.
Transfer it to the skillet, and then let it bake for about 25 minutes.
Notes
Be sure to use an oven safe skillet! We slit the chicken horizontally for stuffing.
