Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Lemon parmesan bread crumbs give these mushrooms a crunchy topping!

Ingredients
- 3 ounces crab meat
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ tablespoon lemon zest
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup bread crumbs divided
- 2 tablespoons parsley leaves chopped & divided
- ¼ teaspoon pepper divided
- 1 tablespoon Miceli's Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
- 12 button mushrooms stems removed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375℉.
- Combine the crab, cream cheese, egg, zest, salt, ¼ cup of the bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of the parsley, and ⅛ teaspoon of the pepper.
- Combine the parmesan, butter, remaining bread crumbs, remaining parsley, and remaining pepper.
- Divide the crab and parmesan mixtures between the mushrooms, add them to a foil-lined baking sheet, and then let them bake for about 22 minutes.
Notes
Canned crab meat works just fine! Be sure to clean the mushrooms thoroughly and use nonstick foil.
