Part-Skim Ricotta is a lighter version of traditional ricotta, made with partially skimmed milk which reduces its fat content while still retaining much of its creamy texture. It has a mild, slightly sweet flavor, though it’s less rich and slightly drier compared to whole milk ricotta. Part-Skim Ricotta is often chosen for recipes where a lighter option may be desired, such as in lasagna, stuffed shells, or cheesecakes. Also available in 30 oz. containers!
